How to earn money from rental income?

Rentalent Income is a source of side income.

To earn rent, you first need a large investment.First, you build a house on some vacant land of yours.Make that building in a way that it can be used for a shop or a residence.

If you have a house in an urban area, then the income from renting that house is very high.If you build a house on a vacant lot and there is a possibility that no one will rent it,In such a situation, if the building remains standing on that site for two years.If you sell that house with the land after two years, the value of your land can double.

Let's understand with an example.

I bought some land near a more densely populated area and that land cost me one million rupees.I am building a house on that land by making another investment of ten lakhs.I will prepare that house completely and give it to the person in need.Since those areas are more densely populated, the rent levels are higher there.I rented that house for 15,000 rupees per month.

Even if you do a simple calculation, you can see this amount below.

1 month = ₹15000 

15000×12 = 180000


The rent income is ₹1,80,000 per year on an account of Rs 15,000. This has become our side income.

I Even if we charge a rent of Rs 15,000 for ten years, we will get an income of Rs 20 lakh in ten years, but As time passes and modernity comes, rents also increase.So, our investment returns of Rs 20 lakhs are achieved in a minimum of six to seven years. Then we can easily sell the same land for 20 lakhs.Thus, we can get a net profit of 20 lakhs on an investment of 20 lakhs.

Rental income is a good business for side income.
